Quality management in accordance with
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

Eaglerise vouches on his behalf for best quality. Therefore since 1997 a Quality management system according to DIN ISO 9002 has been raised, which leaded in May 1998 to the certifica-tion by the TüV Rheinland. In 2001 this Quality management system than was extended to ISO 9001:2000. In 2005 Sunrise E&E has than also integrated the environment – management system ISO 14001.

Only a permanent learning process and direct adaptation to the fast changes on markets and of techniques, enables the successful enterprises to affirm further on with competence and intensity. This guideline is a fixed component of our quality management system and it is strongly supported by all employees.

Quality measures and continuous improvement process

　　 All the goods of Eaglerise leaving our factory have undergone careful quality control testing. According to the product-specific requirements in-process inspection shall be conducted in the form of sight and temperature checks, in form of static load tests and all kinds of other tests to eliminate potential nonconformities. The final testing of all series is carried out by a computer-controlled test system. All the test data is registered and evaluated. Not only will the final product be under a very strong examination, but also the complete process from development, production and to shipment. Furthermore the continuous improvement suggestions are factored according to the PDCA Principle*. The following cost reductions and corrective actions become directly part of the CIP - Production Plan and improve the results. * PDCA ("Plan-Do-Check-Act") is an iterative four-step problem-solving process typically used in modern quality control.
